Allen + Philp Architects focuses on the hospitality industry with projects that encompass destination resorts, hotels, casinos, signature spas, golf and country clubs, conference centers, specialty restaurants,vacation ownership, and resort residential - we have been recognized with over thirty-five design awards for our work. Additionally, we are known for our specialized skill in the area of mixed-use design as many of our projects encompass other uses in conjunction with hospitality elements - specialty retail, entertainment, high-density residential and office. Our approach is market and project specific and respects our clients vision, development priorities and financial goals.

Articles and Publications

Mr. Allen has served his profession, and the community, by serving on numerous boards and commissions, including being a founding member of the Redevelopment Board of the City of Scottsdale. He was appointed to the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, has been a Guest Design Critic in the College of Architecture at Arizona State University, and is a featured speaker at development and design industry conferences and seminars.
